After purchasing this spectacular Household Hydrogen Generator Model HM-500, you may have serval questions while using it.
Please find below answers for your questions.
It also makes a small Pfft sound several times while I am using hydrogen inhalation, is this a normal condition?
The reason for this situation happened due to there is an electromagnetic valve inside of the hydrogen outlet, which is designed to avoid water of the water tank comes out from hydrogen outlet. While the electromagnetic valve activates, it would affect hydrogen gas to have a burst/pfft/pop sound coming from the nose part.
The burst/pfft/pop will be happened for like 1 to 2 seconds every 15-20 minutes, however, it is a normal condition.
Is this a normal situation that there is water drops inside of nasal cannula tube?
Due to the temperatures difference, there would have water drops inside of the nasal cannula tube, and this is a normal condition. Please use air pressure tool to press the water drops out or exchange new nasal cannula tube once of a month.
Am I supposed to be able to feel the hydrogen coming out? It seems very slight. Is that correct?
Due to the features for hydrogen are Colorless and odorless, you will not be able to have strong feeling about hydrogen, but slight. Therefore, the way you felt about hydrogen was correct.
How do I know if there is hydrogen gas coming out from the device?
During operating, you would see hydrogen bubble coming out from hydrogen bubble window. Or you can insert the nasal cannula tube into a cup of water, you would see bubble coming out from water.
Do you have any directions or suggestions for hydrogen inhalation?
We usually suggest our users to inhale the hydrogen one hour per time, twice per day. However, some users would rather to inhale two hours one time. Remember to drink a cup of water after inhaling the hydrogen. The reason for this action is to give some water for your body.
About how long does a full reservoir last (how many hours)?
The maximum water in water tank is about 1,500cc and the water shortage alert would be activated when water reaches to 100cc. so, there is total 1,400cc water can be expended while operating. 40cc water would be expended per hour, therefore, it could operate 35 hours when water tank is full. If you inhale hydrogen 2 hours per day, then you can use around 17 days + 1 hour, around half month, then the device would stop automatically, and water shortage light would turn red to remind you adding distilled water. Once you add distilled water to maximum line, you will hear beep sound. Press start button again and then you can continue inhaling.
I am concerned that there is water in the tubes of water collect kit when I use the machine. It seems not collecting in the water collect kit, do I have to flip it out of the tubes every time I use the machine?
The upper tube of water collect kit would have more water drops than the other one and it is normal. Please do not take the tube out or flick the water out, the tube would get loose, and the hydrogen would be released from the tube. The lower tube for connecting nasal suction tube would have a little water drop, but less than upper tube, which is also normal situation. You can flick the water out only for this tube if you want.
The instruction says to flip the outer lid open during operation to prevent condensation build-up. This seems to be an easily forgotten step. What is the risk of condensation build-up? Mold?
If you forget to flip the outer lid during operation, then inside of the outer lid would have some water drops. It may not cause any risk, just remember to clean it. However, we do have a customer who forgot to flip the outer lid, and he didn’t clean it. Then one day he found out there is water drops and some ants inside of the outer lid.
Are there any cleaning or flush steps that are needed or possible? Any suggested intervals?
